Myerscough College Privacy Notice

The personal information you provide is processed by the College in line with the Myerscough College Student Privacy Notice, which is available on our website, and includes details of third parties we are contractually required to share data with and is inclusive of surveys which are required to be completed to assess your learning needs. The College will contact you using the details you provide for the purposes of providing you an education.

Cancellation Policy provided

All cancellations should be received in writing via post or email. For non-attendance of a course/training the full fee will be payable.
Cancellations received more that 28 days prior to the start date will be subject to an administration charge of 10% of the course/training cost or £15 whichever is the greater.
Cancellations received between 21-28 days prior to the start date will be subject to 50% of the course/training costs (unless the place/course is re-sold).
For all cancellations received within 21 days prior to the start date the full cost will be payable.
The Director of Finance must agree to any refunds. The College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course however in the unlikely event that this happens we will endeavour to inform you of the situation and offer an alternative date as soon as possible.
Any learning difficulties or medical needs that may impact on the candidate’s ability to safely complete the course must be disclosed
